Before you invest in training and development for your sales, support or management team, it may be worth while to invest some time doing a 'Training Needs Analysis'.

LMA can assist with this analysis by working with you to identify knowledge and skills required to successfully carry out individual work responsibilities.

The analysis is carried out using forms 'tailored' to the your company's specific requirements. These are distributed to individuals who complete and return them for analysis.

From this co-operative effort a 'benchmark' of current skills is identified. This then allows for a training and development programme to be put together consisting of training workshops to meet individual and company needs.
